Our Service Operation Center (SOC) is a centralized function to continuously monitor the overall quality of the solution services beyond network availability, take necessary action to troubleshoot and rectify the service issues including performance issues or outages.
It is a central command post, taking in telemetry from across an organization's IT infrastructure, including its networks, devices and information stores, wherever those assets reside.
